Specially designed direct thermal products deliver the necessary resistance and composition to help the ticket converter apply a variety of security devices.

Appleton's HeatSafe^® products are premium direct thermal ticket materials with excellent resistance and amazing heat stability at temperatures up to 176°F (80°C). When heat resistance is not a requirement, PressPro^® provides eye-catching press printing graphics on the reverse side. Alternatively, Résiste^® is designed for excellent resistance to handling.

Other available products include the Alpha^® grades for economical, general-purpose short duration use and the PolyTherm^® film-based grades for added strength or resistance to tear needed with applications such as baggage tags or parking violations.
