When Only Carbonizing Bond Will Do
In certain applications Carbonizing Bond Paper remains the solution of choice. Carbonizing bond is used with stock and custom mailers, peg board forms, bills of lading, delivery receipts and some airline tickets. Appleton has developed a very high quality, carbonizing bond product line to meet the needs of these and similar applications. Our products are coated, thereby reducing carbon bleed-through. The coating also provides for high gloss lay-down of the carbon ink, and improves carbon image transfer. Image quality is therefore consistent, not only across the web, but throughout the roll. Appleton's grades feature a higher brightness than uncoated papers used for carbonizing applications, and the blue-white shade of the paper is very appealing to the eye.
Appleton's carbonizing bond grades are available in 16# and 20#. Printers can purchase as little as one trim set, and delivery is guaranteed to your facility in 19 days (21 days to the West Coast). All rolls are run to a target diameter of 38 inches (+/- 2 inches).
